Insertion of your event in our calendar is entirely free of charge and does not require any specific condition besides being inscribed on TheClubbing.com.

Procedure

• Connect to our website;
• Fill in adequate form;
• Await validation of insertion by a webmaster.

You can also increase visibility of your event through a partnership with our site and a contest.  To become a TheClubbing partner, certain terms must be fulfilled.

We require

• Our logo on all event communication supports (posters, flyers, videos, sites,...);
• Offer a number of free tickets to be put in a contest on our site for our members;
• A link from your event site towards ours;
• A VIP pass (if existent) for one or more webmasters of TheClubbing.com.

In return, we offer

• A placement in "Prochaines soirées partenaires" block on our homepage;
• A placement on "Soirées Partenaires" page on TheClubbing.com;
• A placement in "Concours" zone on TheClubbing.com;
• A placement in "Soirées Partenaires" and "Concours" zone in our newsletter.

Comment

• It is also possible to organize a contest on our site of your event without being TheClubbing partner, in such case your event will only appear in "Concours" zone on TheClubbing.com.

Every organizer has different needs, different audiences, different events in size and different means.  
On the basis of this report, we thus developed three types of rates in order to correspond as well as possible to the reality, the needs and the difficulties of everyone.

Three types of rates

• Reduced Rate (A):
  This rate is reserved for:
  - small events, less than 400 people and average income fee less than €10 (average of different rates : before midnight, after midnight, VIP, etc…)
  - Charity events
  
  And provided that our visuals are present on all communication supports.
  Comment: in Rate A, exclusive services are not available.
  
  

• Normal Rate (B):
  This rate is reserved for all events which are not applicable to the two other categories.  The presence of our visuals on all communication supports is not mandatory but offers certain complementary advantages.
  
  
• Big Events Rate (C):
  This rate is applied to events of more than 10.000 people and average income fee more than €50 (average of different rates : before midnight, after midnight, VIP, etc…).

* If TheClubbing logo is present on all your communication supports, a discount of 10% is granted. This is non-combined with other discounts / promotions and maximum €250,00 no-VAT.

TheClubbing also offers advertising packs including an ensemble of advertising services at competitive rates. There are two types of advertising packs offering appreciable advantages

• Advertising Pack: Promotion of an event combining multiple advertising services
• Subscription: Promotion of multiple events combining several "Advertising Packs". The duration of the subscription can be 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.  The subscription offers another complementary reduction compared to "Advertising Pack". The advertising pack of the subscription can be our standard or personalized packs.
